Our Chief Instructor conducts training squads for those members interested in gaining their Bronze Medallion (the qualification required to become a Lifesaver).
There is a wide range of further training and qualification opportunities open to junior members.
Note: Minimum age required to train is stated in brackets.

We have recently introduced the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award training for our Junior members. The skill they will undertake will be canoeing and the community service aspect will be training for their Surf Rescue Certificate or Bronze Medallion. Geoff Reeves will be conducting the training for this Award.
