If you are planning on visiting Mona Vale Beach on a weekend or public holiday patrol hours throughout the 2009/20010 season, our qualified and experienced lifesavers will do their utmost to ensure your safety both in and out of the surf.

Over the season, the Active Members of Mona Vale SLSC are on duty at the following times on weekends and public holidays:

9:00am to 5:00pm (4:30pm for Oct & April) 3 October 3009 to Anzac Day 2010

9:00am to 6:00pm 12 December 2009 to Australia Day 2010

 

Each patrol consists of a highly-trained Patrol Captain and a team of Patrol Members. During the week the beach is patrolled by Australian Lifeguard Services on behalf of Pittwater Council from 9am to 5pm (6pm for the summer months) http://www.lifeguards.com.au/State_Operations/New_South_Wales or http://www.pittwater.nsw.gov.au/recreation/beaches/beach_safety
